    My life, My passion ...

Alex Karol (Alexandre Lemieux), born in Val-David, Quebec, Canada began his career at the age of 13 by singing in various shows (Ça me dit concerts in St-Sauveur, Méritas Galas, Rock and Acoustic Festivals at his school in Sainte-Adèle) and by participating in numerous competitions, including Secondaires en spectacle, a national highschool contest, where he was a finalist for his region in 2012. The same year, he received a Forces Avenir award for a committed project: a fund-raising show he produced for a college in Haïti, the SlowPopShow.

In 2013, at the age of 18, he put together 13 of his compositions in French and in English in a first album entitled "Alexandre Lemieux: Multicolore", which was launched in the autumn of 2014.

That same year, he brought together a group of talented young musicians, all from the Music College Lionel-Groulx in Sainte-Thérèse, aiming at performing in corporate events with a repertoire of songs from the 60’s to today. Since the separation of the ALL B ONE group in 2017, he continues singing in restaurants, weddings, private parties and residences for the elderly.

Since then, he has devoted himself to composition and promises us Singles soon.

In 2019, he organized a fund-raising show for the Jasmin Roy Foundation, bringing together well-known and emerging artists on stage.

'' Music for me is doing good to others while expressing by singing the emotions that I cannot express when speaking. I am aware that music can save lives, because it saved mine. I live on music, it's my oxygen, it's my blood, it keeps me alive. I would describe my style as Rock with a touch of Soul, Blues and R&B. I follow my emotions and they guide me in my writing. They dictate the words to me, and I am only but their humble servant. I am the interpreter. Like many people, I went through a field of thorns before reaching a certain light, an inner peace, but I never take life for granted, because one never knows what it holds for us...everything could stop tomorrow. So I thank my inner strength that allows me to continue what I love to do the most in the world: singing ! ''
